Hawai’i Warm Water Campout

The 2024 Hawai’i Warm Water Camp Out was a hit. We had people from all over the nation come out and enjoy the North Shore and the amazing line up of people that shared Jesus with us. The surf was epic and we had some amazing food… Mahalo nui loa Sam Keanaaina. We were blessed to have Eric Arakawa, Butch Perara, Chris Owens, Tyler Nakamura, Richard and Gloria Moore, and Devin Henning share with us for the weekend. Emily Benedetto was able to host a CS Girls break out session and give out the devotionals. The campout was hosted at Camp Homelani, which is the same place where we currently have the internship. Here is a picture of Eric Arakawa sharing on our last night. As we wrapped up the weekend it was great to hear from dynamic speakers. We purposely didn’t pick a theme for the camp but instead, we wanted to see how the Holy Spirit moved and what He would put on each speaker’s heart for His people. In the end, our final words were summarized and the theme was clear…Without faith, it is impossible to please God. We are to remain faithful and choose daily this life that pleases our Lord Jesus Christ. Following Him with all of our heart, mind, soul, and strength keeps us in the place He wants us to be to give Him the most Glory.
