[Life Goals] my life goal is to live a simple life that is not based on money but based on seeing and surfing God's world. To live in a small house over lookin the ocean. I hope that i will only keep anough money so i dont have to worry about it and give the rest away. i figure if we can give clouths away and food, why not money? For a job i dont want a boss.I want to have companies hire me to teach their employies how to speech and give presentations in frount of crowds. I untimatly want to change others lives and be that old local guy that everyone knows.
[Best part of the Panama trip]
The best part of the panama trip that maybe others didnt like but i liked it a lot. we got with about 4 or five other guys and a person would go up and the others in the group would say only good things about them. Within our group we all had a great time and a real connection with eachother and the Lord. It all boosted our confidence and had us all emotional in a way haha.
[Funniest Moment on Trip]
ahh, thers so many its hard to pick it out, when people went randomly to go chance a crocadille, in the water with no real purpose but to flirt with death, or just vince cause that guy was halarious. But i think that the thing that was the funniest out of the hole trip, just cause of the way i was lookin at it or something was when pat took one of the foam sowrds and jsut went to town on the frog. hahah if i didnt pull him back the frog would have died.
[Things learned in Panama]
I've learned diffrent way to lead people to Christ and how to solve my anger in better ways. With anger iv learned that when i get mad i jsut think that chrsit would not have and would have forgiven them and its helped a lot. The thing that really weighed heavy on my mind though was when dean was talking and he said one of his friends came to him and said. ' Why didn't you lead me to Christ before? If i died i would be in hell right now. Your not my friend.' I have many friends that are lost and that replays in my mind when i see them a lot.
[What are you doing differently now that you’re back?]
I try to bring up chrsit more commoly in life now. But i was talking to one of my friends the other day named Jim and he said ' it's easy to talk the talk, but you can change others by walking the walk.' and thats what i'v really been tryin to work on, i used to beat my self up about it. But i just want more then anything that people can look at me and be like hey, whats diffrent about that kid. I just really want christ to be shown in me and i believe christain surfers has helped me tremendously with that.
[Are you going to Prep School next year?] if they pick me, defintialy!!!!!
