Originally from Portland Oregon, Jason began as a young and promising tennis player. He attended the University of Oregon where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a Sports Marketing focus, all while playing competitive Pac-10 Conference tennis. Jason's love for surfing grew during college and soon connected him to an evolving Christian Surfers chapter in Oregon. After volunteering as a core leader, he took the Chapter Director position in 2005, bringing with him valuable experience gained working for Nike's Tennis Sports Marketing division. In April of 2006, he began his current position as West Coast/Hawaii Regional Coordinator where he serves chapters by visiting, training and communicating with their leaders. He is also actively involved in planting chapters in the region. In addition to being a passionate follower of Christ, Jason is an avid surfer, hiker, and trail runner. Jason currently lives on the beautiful Oregon Coast in Lincoln City with his wife Liz. He will finish his distance studies with the Vineyard Leadership Institute in December.
